Sometimes it seems like everyone else has it together and magically knows what to do when life gets crazy. I’m NOT that way, and just in case you aren’t either, I wanted to share the practical steps you can take if you recently found out you’re pregnant.

First – Get sure. Many times, women think they’re pregnant, but they have not yet taken a pregnancy test. We offer free self-administered pregnancy tests that are lab-grade, and if your test comes back positive, we can provide you a verification form. This form is often required by physicians and the health department.

Second – Get informed. Maybe you aren’t sure what you plan on doing in your pregnancy. Before you make a decision, be sure to get accurate information on ALL your options. We offer education on abortion, parenting, and adoption to our clients. We want you to have all the information necessary to make the best choice for you and your loved ones.

Third – Get support. Support can come in many forms such as a parent, a sister, or the father of the baby. Many women feel they have to figure it out on their own, but involving family and friends can bring a lot of comfort when facing big decisions. Our staff and volunteers are here to listen and support you right where you are, and all of our services are confidential.

You can call us or make an appointment online to schedule any of these services. We are here for you.
